Step 1: Inquire
Reach out and tell us more about your event. While you can email or submit a website inquiry, we’re also friendly on the phone. We’ll check our availability and send a proposal questionnaire to discover your ideal mobile bar experience. At this stage, it’s a good idea to check with your venue regarding their policy with outside vendors.

CUSTOM Package
STEP 2: PROPOSAL
Based on your event’s specifics (number of guests, types of libations, hours of service, etc.), we’ll create a custom proposal, along with detailed contract for your review ahead of time.
step 3: deposit
When you’re ready we’ll sign the contract agreement and you pay a $150 ‘hold the date’. deposit. The process may be done entirely online. By signing the contract agreement and leaving the deposit, your event is reserved.
Step 4: EVENT CONSULTATION
2-3 months before your event, we’ll begin finalizing your details and get an idea of your cocktail preferences. We can provide a consultation to set the menu, answer any last-minute questions and confirm roles and expectations. We can also provide a comprehensive shopping list with specific quantities of alcohol needed, so you can procure the goods long before the event date approaches. Or we’d be glad to procure, pick up, and deliver for you.
step 5: event
Two hours before the event, we’ll show up, set up, and receive the alcohol order. Our exceptional service will ensure drinks start flowing on time. It’s that easy
